We recently purchased a house in the Seven Lakes West community. During our house search, we came across a house being newly constructed by J. Cheek Builders. We have renovated several houses over time, and when we looked at this house, we were very impressed by the construction techniques used - it is a very solid and well-built house, it is situated well on the property to take advantage of morning and afternoon sun while maximizing the view of the lake, and the attention to interior details is impressive. J. Cheek Builders were also open to several small modifications that we wanted to make before construction was completed. We have been in the house for just over one month, and naturally, with all the new construction, small issues arise. That said, J. Cheek Builders and their subcontractors dealt with these new construction issues quickly, professionally, and were respectful of our time and furnishings inside. We highly recommend J. Cheek Builders!
